Documobl app for iPhone and iPad

The Documobl App allows for creating a patient encounter in popular Electronic Medical Record(EMR) systems from a mobile device. The App uses a Cloud server that has been configured to securely communicate with a practice(s) or hospital EMR system. The App allows for real-time updates that are dictated or free text by the practitioner. The typical use case for a practitioner is to provide updates for after hours consults.

For practitioners who just need to share patient consult information to other practitioners, Documobl provides a secure messaging ability to communicate to fellow practitioners and staff. Message recipients have the option of adding the consult notes with a single tap into the EMR system.
